Collaborating Physician in NJ

I live and work in NJ. Looking to start my own practice, I'm a psych APN. Any tips on finding a collaborating physician or does anyone know of one? Services that find docs for you want a ridiculous fee and considering I have no patients yet, it would put me out of business before I start. Any help would be great.

Try to find a retiring psychiatrist who is looking for passive income. That would be the 1st step in my search.
