Cochran school of Nursing fall 2019

I am taking the kaplan for cochran on the 14th. next tuesday!

Yay! I’m taking it next week too! Do you know much about the program? How do they decide acceptance? It’s hard to find info online about it

I really am not sure how THEY decide. I know most schools mainly care about the Kaplan..I am aiming for 80s because that i hear is an automatic in. I took the kaplan at Montefiore on April 13th and got a 77 which i hear is a good score. I should hear back from Monte soon.

That’s a great score!! I’ve also heard that 80 and above give you a greater chance at being accepted. I’ve also heard if you remain at a B average they allow you to take classes through the summer resulting in finishing the program faster but I’m not sure how true that is I’ve read students from the past post that. Good luck I hope you get in you will definitely get a great grade again!

hey.

I took my Kaplan exam last week. I called Cochran today to see if they will give us an answer regarding acceptance email for the fall 2019. they said this week but not sure what day. I'm so nervous.

I got accepted yesterday. Kaplan score was an 86( took the test at Monte) got accepted to Monte too so I am not sure what school I want to attend

Did anyone else get accepted? I chose this school instead of montefiore and just want to feel like I wasn’t the only one who did.

How made you choose Cochran over montefiore? I’ve heard both programs are very similar. Congrats btw!

I live near to Cochran. I did a lot of research and the programs are basically the same thing. Cochran class sizes are smaller though.
