Coalinga State Hospital

I am looking for information on Coalinga State Hospital. I am aware of the patient population (SVP) and what comes with such a population. I am looking for information such as,

Are the RN's still working 12 hour shifts?

How often are the RN's getting mandated?

Much over time?

How common are assaults on staff?

Is the working culture supportive or toxic?

Are the units still being staffed with State Hospital Police?

Are the RN's working the functional under the direction of a Psych Tech shift lead?

I work currently at Coalinga, but I am registry, not a state employee. All registry RN's work 12hr shifts, and most state RN's I have seen a few w/different schedules. State employees especially psych techs get mandated a lot, but they work 8hr shifts, I don't know if state RN's do, maybe not sure. The state gets furlough days now, not registry, but we make less, don't get benefits included. I think RN's can work overtime, but I haven't worked here very long and just work 36hrs and every other week an extra 8hrs so I get an avg of 40. They said assault on staff is more rare here than Atascadero. I have seen fights, but just between the individuals(patients). The hospital police are used, it just depends on the population of each unit and what staff are there, psych techs, RN, hospital police. On most units the a senior psych tech is the shift lead or unit supervisor, but on the more medical unit, an RN is normally shift lead, but there are also more RN's working on that unit. There is a lot of staff that is great, there are some that want to complain and make you jaded like them, but I have only been here over a month, so it could be considered toxic at times, but again there is a lot of great staff here.

Hello... does anyone know names of some registries that hire for Coalinga State Hospital? I'm having a hard time finding any online.

Thank you. I also found Maxim and Care Now Staffing but they require 2 years experience working as licensed nurse instead of just one year or new grad like before because of the type of population (SVPs) Coalinga the clients are.
