cna's moving to virginia

I am currently living in nyc, with thoughts of moving to virginia. I am wondering if i get certified in ny as a cna is it valid in virginia? or should i wait to go to virginia to become certified? If anyone can answer with any help it would be well apprecited.

Do you mean CNA (Certified Nurse Anesthetist) or CNA (certified nursing assistant)?
