CNA training north of Atlanta

Published

Hello everyone.

I had a couple of questions to anyone out there that can help me!

I want to go to school to get my CNA license. My only thing is now I don't know where to go. I was going to go to North Metro Tech, but now they have merged with Chattahoochee Tech, and the only thing there is an "Eldercare Tech." I don't know if that is the same thing, but it says that I can become CNA certified after completing the course. But my main question is, How long does it take? (The "Edlercare Tech") at Chatahoochee Tech? My sister in law took it, and she said it was only a semester, but she's going to school to be a surgical tech, and i don't know if she had already completed some of the classes or not.

Thanks for any help. It will be GREATLY appreciated!!

I hope the link helps. You can also call the school to make enquiries.

Good luck!

Elite medical training in Marrietta has a awsome course that takes 5wks>

Thanks for the info. I've looked at just about everything I can look at on the Chatt Tech website, but it doesn't tell me anywhere how long to program is. It says that it's 44 hours, but I don't know if that's including clinicals or not. And if not, then that's 2 or 3 semesters, and I wanted something faster.

And Elite Medical Training is pretty far from where I'm at so I don't know if that's gonna work.

try "google" cna training and your location.:):):):):):):)

I've already done that.

craiglist list: click on jobs: type cna , and jobs and schools w/ locations come up.. hope this helps

lol not really. I've done that too... And all the places i've found are like an hour away from where i live.
