CNA spending dues money in Hawai

I recommend you find out how much of your dues money CNA is outlaying to raid the Hawaii Nurses Association. They recently filed a lawsuit on behalf of our members against us for afiliating with UAN. CNA has been on the ground in Hawaii for at least three years. In fact when they had control of our board of directors, they fired our director and hired Michael Lighty. We had to get A federal judge to order him out of our offices. CNA is still in Hawaii. We have nothing against the members of CNA, we are concerned with the leadership.

How right you are! CNA has gone off the deep end. Since disaffiliating with ANA, it is nothing but a union. But don't think Hawaii is special--CNA is doing this all over the country. Yes, I am furious with CNA for using my dues this way. ANA has finally started warning the other states about these shenanigans. Have you asked ANA for help? I've tried complaining to CNA about this activity, but they've ignored me. I don't think the membership really knows what's going on.
