As long as you obtain employement as CNA for 24 months, you will not have to.Im a senior in High School in North Carolina and I take a class at school where we earn our CNA certificate, which will be sometime in May or June. Well after I graduate I will be moving back to Atlanta and a summer job before college starts would be great, so I was wondering if I have to take the CNA test or classes again?THANKS.
Your certificate is good for 24 months as long as you obtain employement during that time. You shouldn't have to take it again.I on the other hand am waiting for my reciprocity from Florida to Georgia registry so that I can go back to work. I have not been working since this past May because of 2 cruises back to back, having to help take care of my parents out of state off and on during that time. Now since we have bought a houseand it is a handyman special and my husband works every 10 days with 7 days on call, it will be a couple months longer until I can look for work.Also.....holidays are here and I just might as well wait until after the 1st of the year.Im a senior in High School in North Carolina and I take a class at school where we earn our CNA certificate, which will be sometime in May or June. Well after I graduate I will be moving back to Atlanta and a summer job before college starts would be great, so I was wondering if I have to take the CNA test or classes again?THANKS.
