Cme Credit Scams

Just got another unsolicited mailing for CME credit opportunity. When you read the fine print you see all the authors of the danged thing work for the product manufacturers. DUH -- guess what products they recommend?

Beginning to think they are all like this -- Yet we can get credit for reading the propaganda. I don't get it. Does anybody know of any rules to protect against it? Searched internet but didn't find much on protecting against it.

Hard copy spamming of my time, my desk and my brain -- credits needed or not.
