Clinical Tutors

Has anyone had a clinical tutor who was unreasonable and made going to clinical unbearable?

Right now I have clinical on a floor which I love (pediatrics) but my tutor is making it really difficult for us. She keeps on contradicting herself in terms of what we should do in our spare time. She also has threatened to fail three out of seven students in the group for minor things, something which any other tutor would not even think about failing them for.

I only have 5 more weeks of clinical to go, but I was wondering if anyone has any tips or hints to make the time go by smoother and quicker??
