Clinical Nurse Leader MSN job outlook and program questions

I am currently looking into the MSN direct entry programs in many states. I have BS and MBA. I think this would be a better option instead of going to do ABSN. How is the job outlook for this field? How is the admission for schools are they as overwhelmed by applications as the BSN and ABSN?

Regarding MSN Clinical Nurse Leader vs. ABSN when graduation which would best getting out of school for job outlook?

I need to retake my anatamy and physiology 1 & 2 however my school here in FL doesn't allow it because I passed with a B+. Where online can I take the classes w/labs?
