Hi everyone,
I need a clinical lab sheet with normal lab values and spaces to put in the abnormal values of the patient. Can anyone help me with that or direct me to a website that may be useful. Thanks so much!

This is what I use. I can't take credit, since it's a part of our assigned clinical paperwork....The "normal" values are the ones that our hospital's lab lists, so you may want to change it to meet your lab's reference ranges.

Have you ever seen the Mosby's Manual of Diagnostic and Laboratory Tests, written by Pagana? It's excellent in helping you determine how each result reflects the patient's current status.
