Cleveland Clinic PCNA Interview Proc

Hi I have been working as a PCNA at a Cleveland Clinic community hospital for the past year, until i finish up my last semester of nursing school, since I have been there a year I am now eligible to apply for a CCHS employees only job. I applied for a job at main campus and am a little confused how the interview process works. When I first got hired, i apllied online and recieved a call 2 days later for an interview with HR then with a manager. Since I am already an employee do they just skip the HR interview and send my appplication right to the nurse manager on the floor. I am just a little worried because it has already been a week and I still have not heard anything. On the ccf application page it still states, we our reviewing your application and will contact the individuals we wish to interview. If anyone has any experiance with CCF, please tell me how long your application proc took, and how long it was before you got a phone call.....thanks
