Christ Nursing vs Bayonne

U.S.A. New Jersey

I am going to start taking my nursing classes in the fall but am still undecided on which school to go to. Anyone have any suggestions on which is better? Also, does financial aid (fafsa) pay for tuition? Neither school is listed when you fill out the fafsa. I was told I have to select hccc, but I am not sure, and I am not sure whether to put full or part time either since I am only take one nursing class and another class at hccc in the fall.

It sounds to me like you have not applied yet to either nursing program so if that is the case I would say go with Bayonne because it is easier to get into. The entrance test for Christ never has seats but if you can get a seat then go for it. Both are good schools but just be aware that they are diploma programs. Alot of people were expecting to get an Associates in Nursing when in fact you will earn an Associates in Liberal Arts and Science from HCCC and a diploma in nursing from whatever school you choose. As far as the fafsa, you would have to put HCCC because it is a coop program through them and 12 credits or more is considered full time. I was accepted to Bayonne but turned it down because I decided I wanted my bachelors. Good luck on whatever decision you make.
