Choosing between two offers

Hello all, I'm a recent bsn grad in nyc and got two job offers at around the same time. Job 1 is part time with benefits at a hospital in queens and job 2 is full time in Manhattan, which I got through the recommendation of a friend who already works there. Job 1 was offered to me first so I accepted but it's part time and the commute is much longer. At job 2, the nurse manager said she wAnts to hire me but is still waiting for approval from HR for the position. That was three weeks ago. Orientation for job 1 started this week and I like the institution so far.

I am thinking about telling the nurse manager for job 2 that I have a schedule conflict and wouldn't be able to start until June (she asked me about upcoming vacations and my schedule during the interview and seemed understandjng) and trying to take on both jobs after my full time orientation for job 1 is done.

What should I do?

    I also want to add that I know this isn't exactly the worst situation to be in, but I don't want to burn any bridges and could use any advice! Thanks!
