CHKD PICU

I currently work at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center in the ICU and love it there. Great hospital. I am inquiring some information on CHKD, especially their PICU, because that is where I am interested in working. I have heard nothing but good things about CHKD. So if anyone on this blog has worked there or knows someone that works there could you please tell me about their experience there, especially the PICU. How are their nurse to patient ratios? I am ok with their salary but I hear they have rotating shifts. I dont know how I feel about it but do you know if they offer day shift positions. So any info on CHKD and their PICU would be greatly appreciated!!!:yeah:
