Has anyone heard of a syndrome or problem associated with a student that eats large amounts of paper? Seems like I heard something about it once, but can't remember. Thanks in advance. Susie

Ingesting non food substrances is called Pica. Lead poisoning and anemia should be ruled out. Sometimes it is just a bad habit and eventually stops. Is the child developmentally delayed? It could be Prader Willi syndrome.
