Chicago Hospitals for RT; looking for opinions of RNs and RTs!

Hello all,

I was hoping to gather some opinions of Chicago-area hospitals regarding RTs. Based on your experiences as an RN or an RT, which hospitals seem to have good RT departments and staff dynamics? As an RN, how do you feel about the RTs at the hospital you currently work at, do you have a good relationship with and respect for them? If you happen to be an RT, what have been your experiences at whichever hospital you have worked at? Please state the place!

I'm just trying to get a feel of which hospitals have great relationships amongst RTs, nurses, doctors, etc. I'm considering moving out that way and am looking for some opinions on which hospital in the area I would be comfortable working at, which would be challenging to me, all that good stuff.
