I will be taking the TEAS in January in order to apply for my program in March. My advisor suggested taking it the first time in January in case I am not happy with my score and I want to take it again. At my school you can take it twice with a mininum of 30 days between each test. So if I need to retest I will in February before applying in March.
I got the study guide and practice tests. Took my first practice test last week and noticed a lot of chemistry on the science portion. I did well on all other sections except science. Chemistry is not required at my school. I chose to take advanced physiology instead of chemistry. I thought the physiology was more important than the chem but maybe I was wrong.
I just downloaded Chemisty Essentials for Dummies on my ipad to read. Do think it will be helpful? Are there any websites I could go to brush up on this? I took chem in high school but that was 20 years ago and I only remember the basics.
