CHATTANOOGA: Erlanger vs. CHI Memorial

Howdy,

Spring new grad here asking for some advice from those that work/have worked in the Chattanooga, TN area. I've recently gotten some critical care offers from Erlanger and CHI Memorial and hoping that someone could tell me what it's like working at these hospitals. Literally anything about your experience at one of these would be appreciated. I plan on visiting, hopefully, both hospitals again before deciding.

Specializes in ICU and Dialysis.

Erlanger has a reputation for being the "roughest" in patient population and work environment. I don't know a whole lot about CHI, at least one nurse I know works there and enjoys it. But I have had several nurses tell me that Park Ridge is the best, and pays higher than the others.
