Hey folks,

Going to be a new grad from UTKnox BSN in May 2017 (hopefully). Anyone have any insight into the hiring situation in the Chattanooga area? I'm hearing that Erlanger and Memorial have the most sought after RN jobs, so does anyone have some figures about either of those hospitals and what the pay is there? Just trying to earn my stripes on a Med-Surg floor or something so not shooting for the stars in the money area. Also, anyone have some experience with other hospitals in the area or commuting to surrounding rural areas within an hour or so of Chattanooga? Any other tips? What would you do if you were a 22 year old male in my position?
