ChatGPT and other AI/LLM programs in the hospital/clinic work setting

I'm wondering about your experiences with ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and other AI/LLM programs in the hospital/clinic setting as a nurse. Do your organizations actively discourage or encourage the use of such products? In other fields, I hear about people using ChatGPT for tasks such as drafting emails and employee evaluation verbiage, but with little guidance from their employer on how to use such programs.  Thanks in advance!
