I'm a new nurse of less than 6 months and I need help with my charting.   Nursing home Long Term Care charting in general.   Just some examples of nurse's notes and what really needs to b included in a note.   I feel like long term care charting and the type of charting you do at the hospital are not very similar.   Any help in general would be appreciated. There are hardly any resources that rreeeaaallllyyyyyy help IDK just helpful resources appreciated
