Charting SN Notes

I am really struggling with the "goals" and "current

status" section of the home health skilled nurse

note. Is there any resources books, online, or

anything to help with this section of the note??

i have searched everywhere on line and I cannot

find any information. Please help

Your company should have that for you. Our goals section is based on POC and it is a checklist. Can you review a few charts that look good to your supervisor? That's where I would start.
