Hi all,
I am set to start Charity School of Nursing in January 2009. Anyone currently enrolled? What should I have for the first day of classes that they might not tell you in orientation? I am going to do all of my finger prints and back ground checks next week, how long should I plan to be doing all of this....is one day enough?

I started Charity this semester. Your adviser will give you a packet that details what you have to do and when it is all due. Even has a little check off list with the due dates and contact info of people who can answer questions. Also includes equipment you will need, books, uniforms, reading assignments for the first week, and preliminary clinical sites and schedules for each section in basics. Basically, answers to every question you could think to ask. Soooo....wait for the packet and don't count on what you have "heard" to hold true for your class as things change from semester to semester. BTW, the Basics faculity is FABULOUS!!!! You can tell that they really want the students to succede and they really do everything possible to give you all the help you need.
