Chance for military nurse

Hey , I'm a military nurse currently working and living in Algeria , I seek to work in U.S but I still have apparently a problem which I'm not sure about, I heard from a video on facebook someone explain the process and the requirements to work as a nurse in U.S, the issue is that I worked in an infirmary inside military unit and according to the man who explain the requirements he said that applier must be working in a hospital with more than 100 beds and in certain services , my question is that is this information true, if so , what should I do ? I actually don't wanna go through all that long process wast my time and money in a way I know where it ends .
