Chamberlain Cost per semester

Published

Can someone that is currently enrolled at Chamberlain please give me an approximate of your semester tuition and how many credits you are enrolled for? I can't figure out how their fee's breakdown and even after talking to two different advisers am still confused because I got two very different numbers. I have a meeting soon but looking for earlier clarification and sure others are also! :)

Thanks in advance!! :)

I cant tell how much it is a semester because i double up on my classes but chamberlain is expensive period. If i had known i would have gone with WGU but chamberlain is a god school, no stress and to me the classes are doable so far.

Thank you Roseonye!!

I went in today and had it thoroughly explained...here is what I was told:

For your first 6 hours of classes each session it is 665 per hour so the base tuition for a 6 hours is $3990. If for instance you were taking 8 hours in a session you would add 200 per every hour over the six. So, credit hours 7 & 8 would add an additional $400 to the base 6 hours of $3990 totaling $4390 for the session which is half of a full 16 week semester. So if you take the typical 15-16 hour FULL semester load (of the two sessions combined) you would want to budget around 9k for each semester for tuition.

I enjoyed my interview and wish there were some way to make my finances line up to afford Chamberlain. I loved how my courses were laid out there in front of me from enrollment to graduation. The certainty of that was great! I think its a very organized program from what limited aspect I have seen and appreciate the straightforwardness that Chamberlain has from every angle (tuition, transfer credits, courses left to take and when) I have encountered. For now its just out of my grasp even with the 30 credit hours taken off.
