Hey guys! New to the boards. I've been lurking for a while but finally decided to join. I applied for Chamberlain about 2 weeks ago, and took the HESI 5 days later. After meeting with the advisor and going over my test results, I was told that the committee would have a decision for me by the end of the week. Fast-forward to today, and I received an email containing the financial aid that I'm eligible to receive each semester(I had already completed the FAFSA and sent it to Chamberlain prior to submitting my application). Using my student ID number, i'm able to log into the student portal and I notice that there's a Chamberlain email address set up for me already. My question is... Does this mean I've been admitted? I haven't received any phone calls/mail correspondence stating that I've been formally accepted, but the email today seems like a step in the right direction. Thoughts? Has anyone else been through this?

Hey KT, the same thing happened to me. I received an email from fin aid, but I still haven’t heard back about whether or not I was accepted. Was that a good sign for you?
Yep, I ended up getting in! You should be getting a call from your advisor but it may take a few days.

Congratulations! That’s so exciting! I believe the admissions committee meets every Friday at the campus I applied to. Hopefully I’ll hear something by tomorrow; I applied a month ago.
Thanks! It's a great program thus far, I believe you'll like it!

Hi, do you guys recommend Chamberlain University or San Jacinto ADN program. My point score there would be 16/17 so I’m not sure if that’s high enough to even make the cut. My goal is to get my BSN. Through San Jac I would complete that program then continue into BSN. Both in Houston. Please help

What signs should I look for a maybe acceptance?
I am currently waiting for admissions comitee to review my file for Sept Nursing Program. I haven't heard anything, but I can access my email and canvas . Is that a good sign?

Yes, I ended up getting in. Just be patient, they'll send you more information.
