I applied to the Fall 2024 program and I was just wondering if you guys remembered when you guys heard back from them regarding your guys status.

Hi there I also applied for chabot RN 2024 also waiting. I have been reading some threads Chabot can go beyond the stated April 15 deadline. Am also waiting. Wishing for the best

Same! I applied and received an email saying that:

"This confirms that your email has been received by Admissions & Records Office. Evaluations of Nursing applications will be completed by April 15, 2024. We will not be able to answer specific questions during the review process. For further questions regarding selection procedures, please visit https://www.chabotcollege.edu/nursing/"

But when will we hear back? I'm so anxious!!

Hi!!

Congrats on putting in your applications - such an exciting step closer to your future goals! Our class of 2025 application process was extremely different compared to classes before us - we applied and were sent acceptances but were forced to defer for an entire year due to staffing vacancies at Chabot. I'm hearing they are still planning to bring a cohort in for Fall 2024.

I spoke with our director recently and she mentioned they are in the final steps of application review for you all and will be sending out acceptances pretty soon. Good luck to you!

Last time, did they tell you to defer for an entire year after sending out the acceptance letter? Or did they inform you about the deferral at the same time as sending out the acceptance letter?

I hope they can resolve the staff shortage and start the cohort in the Fall 2024.
