CGFNS website says my BON doesn't require English Proficiency Exam but my VisaScreen: Visa Credentials Assessment application is asking for it.

If my BON doesn't require the English Proficiency exam, does that mean I don't have to take it for the VisaScreen: Visa Credentials Assessment with CGFNS?

I'm confused because in the CGFNS website it says it is not required to take the English proficiency exam for the Alaska LPN by Endorsement but in my account under the required documents, the English proficiency exam result docu is on RED status which means the result needs to be sent to them. I messaged them already and just waiting for reply but I'm very anxious. 

Anyone with the same experience?
