CGFNS wait times

I applied in Jan for a REEVALUATION of documents from CGFNS. I put reevaluation in caps because I have used them in the past and they already have all my documents on file.

It has been almost 16 weeks (4 extra weeks more than stated on their website) and there has been zero progress on my report. 

I called at the 12th week, they told me it's now 16weeks due to previous Covid backlogs, now they're telling me they cannot give me a time. If they were transparent from the jump maybe I would have explored alternatives to their service! 

Does anyone have any information or experiences with cgfns this year or last? On average what has the wait times been? I really don't wanna pay $400 to expedite my documents after waiting 16 weeks.
