CGFNS - UAE MOH License Verification

Hi- I am trying get CGFNS for New Zealnd RN registation. As part of the process CGFNS need to verify all previously held licenses.

Can any one please update me how to approach Ministry of Health ( MOH) UAE and fillup the form send by CGFNS??

Hi any news regarding this? I am also trying to apply but MOH is saying that they do not accept forms and that it is just an online validation based on the link and code indicated on the lower portion of the new Nursing Evaluation Certificate.

Can anybody help please?
