what does cgfns inactivity means

Hi I registered cgfns to for my CES assessment but then I missed one requirement to submit and I just processed this week. Just now, I received Cgfns inactivity email. What does that means? will they deactivate my application? does cgfns has expiry during processing documents?

    I have used CGFNS twice. If you have questions or think something is incorrect email them and you will receive a reply within a few days. Inactivity just means they haven't received the requested paperwork and that you should follow up to ensure that it has been sent, although it often takes them weeks to process it to your account after they have received it. They will not deactivate your account.
