cgfns ID? how to get one?

hi! I am new to the services of CGFNS international online. I already passed my nclex and ielts exam and now I am in the process of obtaining a visa screen certificate. I printed all the documents in the visa screen handbook and already filled them up except for the CGFNS ID. I don't know how to have one since I don't want to use the online application because other people recommended me to do it manually to prevent mistakes. do I really need the CGFNS ID? how do I get one? thank you.
