Do you still need to take an English Proficiency Exam for the VisaScreen: Visa Credentials Assessment if the Board of Nursing doesn't require it?

The CGFNS website states that my Board of Nursing doesn't require the English proficiency exam if the application is for LPN by Endorsement but I'm looking at my account right now and under the required documents, the English proficiency exam results section in on RED status which means they are awaiting for the document.

Any idea?
