CGFNS changing date and cost of university to fill out form

Hello,

I may have to change my university start date on the CGFNS website but cannot at the current time. I started university in 2015 which I wrote on the CGFNS form, but I didn't enter my nursing program until 2016. I'm a little worried CGFNS will flag me as incorrect...

 

Also what did your university charge you to fill out the degree/education form? Mine was over $300.... luckily my nursing association only charged me $65..
