CGFNS asking for License Validation!

Just applied for CGFNS credential validation, however they're asking for  License though I clearly stated in the form that I submitted that I'm not licensed in my country of residency (opted to study in the Philippines). It's my first time encountering this, do I email them and ask? I do have my nursing diploma and my clinical hours are complete. What do I do in this situation?
