Everybody believes that they are better face to face. Start working on a new skill, it will be one of the first of many new ones you'll learn.
Sep 21, '02Occupation: ICU Nurse Joined: Feb '02; Posts: 386; Likes: 5Actually, I've known that I have been accepted for almost 6 months (my program starts in january), so that, "world being lifted off my shoulders," feeling has passed. LOL.
At this point, I just can't wait to finish my last nursing shift. I just finished a set of 6 shifts, and I'm beginning to feel like nilespoc. "...nursing is punishing me for leaving."
Seriously though, my wife and I have been very busy in the last five months paying off the last of our debt, so we can become indebted again, and preparing for the move. I don't think I have any misconceptions about how difficult this is going to be. Being accepted was perhaps the easy part.
