I never heard about this "certification" before and looked at the webpage.

It is not a national certification - it is a company founded by a NP who teaches people her method of how to estimate costs for a catastrophic injury and how to make a plan for their life as it relates to insurance /compensation/ litigation.

Apparently you can get expensive courses to achieve the company's certification.

The company seems geared towards all kind of insurance/litigation worker's compensation and so on and forth.

My question would be how do you think that those courses that vary in costs between $2500 and $ 8500 depending on the "package" will enhance your knowledge and how would that match your career goals - also, what are your career goals?

I have no idea about the quality of the content or how the content leads to meaningful employment but all those courses offered by companies similar to this one and who tell nurses that they can become "experts in the field of litigation/ insurance" seem to "forget" that all of their education only matters if you are already sufficiently educated in your field. Who would hire you if you have a Associate degree in nursing with such a certificate without any work history of case management or insurance ? If you are not already an APN - how much would a client believe that you have the expertise needed because a lot relies on diagnosis and prognostication.
