I wanted to post a new thread for Cedars-Sinai New Grad Summer Program. I understand that people already got an email for an online interview. I wanted this post for people who wanted to post updates and/or questions so we can all help support each other.

Hi, I just did the online interview, it was my first time doing an online interview so it seemed kind of silly talking to the screen. Also I had a couple of issues like the sound cutting out, and the initial website not loading, but hopefully it all works out!

Hi Ironiss!

How was the online interview? I just started looking into the GreenInterview system. Did they give you multiple attempts to record each answer submission?

Also, what kind of questions did they ask? I know its pretty much a screening interview but how prepared should I be?

Jess.Lebowitz,

You had two chances to record each submission, the initial answer and one re-record. There was a 30 second prep time for you to collect your thoughts once you saw the question, and then you had 5 minutes to respond. The interview asked mainly behavioral questions, so be ready for that.

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone could tell me about the application and interview process for the RN residency. I called HR last week, and was told that applications don't open until July, but it sounds like some of you already have a jump start. Any information would be greatly appreciated!
