Hello everyone,
Being an RN would be considered my first real job and I was offered a position at Cedars-Sinai and City of Hope. Does anyone happen to know who has better benefits? Are better benefits worth lower pay? Also, does anyone know how much of a raise we would get after completing each residency program?
New grad starting pay for COH: $49.96 (+6.50 night diff)
I think Cedars-Sinai's starting pay is $44 (+7 night diff)

I actually went with Cedars because they raised their pay to 47.50 (+7 night diff) and ultimately if I wanted to change specialties I could do so more easily as they have a specialty training program.
Thank you so much for responding ?
Im currently looking into cedars, coh, kaiser and ucla
So that helps!
I hope youre enjoying your job!!
Also if you're not already I would join "RN New Grad Programs - Southern California" as ppl w/ a lot more experience can offer advice. Good luck w/ everything.
