Hi! I'm working on my pre-reqs now as well to apply for the 2018 cohort. I'm a transfer, but need all my sciences as they're old. I would say research, read, and plan out what classes you need. The counselors, while nice, didn't help me much. I'm paying OOP and didn't want to pay for anything extra.
Hi ArmyWife, I just finished all my prereqs, now all I have left are the 4 nursing courses so I intend to apply for next year as well. I was told by a previous nursing student it's best to finish all the other courses first (though not required) it will certainly help once the program starts. My advice is to try to knock out as much as you can, especially the science courses. Good luck and hope we all get in for next year! Any questions don't hesitate to message me :)
Hey! The entrance exam is easy. You'll be fine. I took it with minimal studying. Brush up on basic algebra math and some physiology. But, in my opinion the science portion was very specific. Also, I wanted to know about borrowing your book for DIET 111. Please email me at [email protected] (I used my work email because I didn't want my private one public) Good Luck! Thanks
