CCF Cardiac Nursing

I recently have been interviewed for 3 different units as a Cardiac/Thoracic nurse but am unsure what is the best fit. The 3 floors are: Cardiac Surgery Step-down, Thoracic Transplant, and Thoracic Surgery Step-down. Does anyone have any experience on these types of units and information as to what type of nursing is involved? Anything would help me narrow down my selection. -Thanks

If by CCF you mean Cleveland Clinic, run as far away from that place as you can.

Step down is a good place to start

Remember the main campus pace is very fast so step down is a good place to learn the ropes
