CBD Policy?

Hello AllNurses Community! 

I am a nurse in LTC and we are working on developing a policy on CBD use. I understand that this is sometimes covered under a facility's OTC Med Policy. I was wondering if anyone can share their experience with these policies or perhaps share sample policies.
