Case Study needed!!! ASAP

Ok I need a case study featuring "Poverty"as the main idea,I am a RN student doing community health project.

Also need ideas for primary,secondary,tertiary interventions too.

I am in community right now.

We're doing a project on diabetes mellitus in hispanic populations. Among like, a million other different projects, 'cause this class sucks.

I don't know what you mean by: "I need a case study".

But here are examples of primary, secondary and tertiary interventions for the population that we're looking at:

Primary- Providing exercise classes for a community. Teaching proper nutrtion using a variety of foods that may already be in their diet.

Secondary- Diabetes screening. Blood sugar testing.

Tertiary- Finding out why there is little drug compliance, (is it access to drugs? belief that controling blood sugar isn't important? financial issues?)

I don't know if this will help you, but I thought I'd throw it out there.
