Case Scenarios for Vital Signs taking

Hi all,

I'm a training nurse who will be taking my assessment examination on vital signs next week. I'm very nervous as this is my first examination ever since I entered nursing school. For my assessment, the lecturer will provide you with a case scenario and you would have to use APIE to determine your steps to taking vital signs. I would love to practice at home but I don't have relevant case scenarios to refer to.

Would appreciate so much if you could come up with a case scenario which may affect vital signs taking for me to practice my skills!

Also, please enlight me on the different types of patients that we would choose to use Oral temperature taking than Tymphanic. Thank you so much! (: Your help is much apperciated!
