Case Management Certification

Published

Hi, all!  I'm not sure if this is the correct forum. I'm new to All Nurses, but I'm seeking help!

I have been trying to find out how to get my CCM. I do not have my BSN, and would prefer to not have to go back for my BSN if I didn't need to. I've been a RN since 2019, 1+year in LTC, and 4+years in ER. How can I get the required contact hours if I work in the ER, and nobody will hire me for CM without experience? I read you can apply for cert with 30 CE's and 2,000 clinical hours, do those clinical hours include ER or any clinical hours? I'm in MS if that helps.

Thank y'all in advance!
