Carle Hospital RN Pay?

Hello fellow nurses,

Is there anyone who is working or know someone that is working at any of the inpatient OB units at Carle Hospital in Urbana Champaign as an RN? I would like to know what their pay ranges are.

I will be moving to Champaign, IL this Summer and was going to see if I can land a job in the OB world of Carle Hospital. I preferer postpartum but L&D, antepartum, or anything else is okay. I was also going to try to do their nurse residency program since I was primarily an ER nurse since 2018 and don't have have much experience in the OB world. That gives me a 3 year commitment. What should I expect in pay, night differentials, and weekend differentials?
