Career change to Human Resources

I am debating on whether to pursue an MBA in Human Resource management. I am thinking of changing my career to HR since my current employer will pay 75% of the tuition. Any thoughts? I am currently in Nutritio but I hate it.

I am debating between nursing and Human resource and I am curious if anyone has combined these two fields.

Some nursing recruiters for hospitals are also nurses. You could look into something like that.
