Hello,

I'm a first year nursing student in need of some help with my care plan. My patient is a 49 year old female. After completing my health assessment I came up with Caregiver Role Strain r/t caregiver health status as my ndx. She fits most of the criteria listed by the NANDA.

Caregiver Health Status--Emotional

Impaired individual coping, feeling depressed, disturbed sleep, anger, stress, irritability, impatience, lack of time to meet personal needs, frustration.

I don't where to start PLEASE HELP!!
