Care Coordination Project Help

Hi everyone, 

I am currently still a student and am in need of interviewing someone in the area of care coordination such as discharge coordinator, case manager, etc. for one of my classes. I have searched locally for a few weeks now and not working in healthcare is only hindering my success in finding a willing participant. I would love to find someone willing to answer my ten interview questions via email. My project is due in a week and I'm starting to stress out that I might not find someone.
